At first glance, Duality is a pole, floorwork and chair dance studio, but at its core it's a place for self-expression and discovery through movement. We believe that a duality exists within everyone; a sensual side, worthy of exploring. This is your safe space to reveal and reclaim that part of you, on your own terms.
Our classes will challenge you physically, as you probably expected, but it's the unexpected mental transformations that make our classes like no other workout you've experienced. You'll build strength and connection to your body that will build more than just muscle; your confidence and sense of self will flourish.

BORN DIFFERENT
WHY DUALITY?
Duality was born from two different journeys that crossed at the same point: a love for movement, creativity, and community.
Mimi had been in the pole world for over a decade and Chloe five years, shaping not just their own artistry but also mentoring others - alongside a sharp eye for design, marketing, and retail. Together, they noticed something missing in the industry.
Pole was often taught as fitness or performance. But where was the experience? The escape? The place that felt like stepping out of the everyday and into a world that was clean, luxe, and fully immersive? That’s where Duality began.
From day one, Mimi and Chloe committed to building more than a studio. They train every instructor from within the community so students feel safe, understood, and inspired the moment they walk through the door. This isn’t just about teaching spins and tricks - it’s about creating a culture of empowerment, laughter, artistry, and care.
At Duality, it’s not just about what you learn on the pole. It’s about what you carry out the door: inspiration, empathy, curiosity, and more open to people and experiences you might never have crossed paths with otherwise.
