CLASSES
Levelled Classes
At Duality Pole, levelled classes are our core offering. They take you from absolute beginner (Level 1) all the way to advanced powerhouse (Level 6). Each class follows the same flow: warm-up, tricks and transitions, then a routine that you learn over 8 weeks into a full piece you can perform at our end of season showcase (optional but highly encouraged)!
You can repeat a level as many times as you like until you’ve nailed the curriculum, then move up when you’re ready and cleared by your instructor.
CORE LEVELS
LEVEL 1
Your pole era starts here. Learn spins, grips, floorwork to build strength and tease out your sensual side. You'll also learn how to put it all together and dance a full routine. Perfect if you’ve never touched a pole before (and no, drunk on Cityrail doesn't count).
NO PREREQUISITES - FOR ABSOLUTE BEGINNERS
CORE LEVELS
LEVEL 2
Can you execute all your tricks from Level 1? Wow, you're amazing! Time to climb higher, invert for the first time (yes, that's upside down - you're ready).
Prerequisites: Front Hook Spin, Back Hook Spin, Kate Moss, Climb, Jamilla, Sit.
CORE LEVELS
LEVEL 3
You’re officially upside down and zen about it. Expect single-limb hangs, trickier spins, and routines that test your grit (and your thigh skin). Think carnival ride chaos, minus the creepy carnie.
Prerequisites: Invert, Bat, Handstands with chest on pole (stag and open leg). OPEN LEG JAMILLA.
CORE LEVELS
LEVEL 4
The floor is lava, babe. You’ll chain together long, brain-bending combos with inversions and seamless transitions, all wrapped into a sweaty, stamina-testing routine.
Prerequisites: Invert from Climb, Outside Leg Hang, Layback.
CORE LEVELS
LEVEL 5
Did you get through your Level 4 routine and barely miss a beat? You’ve earned your stripes. Learn a myriad of new tricks and fancier long combos and transitions, then stitch them into Duality-style choreography. Challenging and equally satisfying.
Prerequisites: Shoulder Mount, Inside Leg Hang, Pike, Venus/Butterfly, Starfish to Nosedive, Superman, Worm.
CORE LEVELS
LEVEL 6
The wild, wild west of pole. Expect handstands everywhere, elite tricks fresh from the industry, and artistry that’ll have you comp-ready before you can say “Miss Pole Dance.” Limit? Never met her.
Prerequisites: Twisted Grip Static V (Ayesha), Extended Butterfly from Jamilla, Allegra Variations, Switcheroo.

SPECIALTY Classes
Specialty classes are where you explore the artistry of movement beyond the level system. Think chair, strip, floorwork, dance, troupe, chole, and kiki. Each is designed to build confidence, flow, and style. Some courses work toward a routine, others change weekly, but every class is about trying something fresh and having fun with it.
We have something for wherever you are in your pole journey.
CONDITIONING Classes
If specialty is for play... Conditioning is for power. These classes are all about building the strength, mobility, and control behind your pole journey. Think drills, holds, and technique work that set you up to nail tricks safely and cleanly. No routines here - just focused training that makes everything else feel stronger, smoother, and more effortless.
The better your conditioning, the better everything else flows - not the most glamorous... but this is where the magic’s made.

FOR ABSOLUTE BEGINNERS
Beginner and loving the spins? This class is your extra practice time. We’ll work on tricks and combos designed for Levels 1-2, minus the routine stress. Just you, the pole, and some spin magic. (No inverts, promise!)
for absolute beginners
Heads up (and soon, heads down): this class isn’t for beginners. You’ll train your inverts from the floor and up the pole with conditioning and focused technique. Expect to sweat, repeat, and nail that “arse up” moment. Suitable for those who’ve finished at least one Level 2 season and beyond.
LEVEL 2 +
Leg hangs giving you attitude? Let’s fix that. This session breaks down inside/outside hangs and transition tricks so you can flow into combos like a pro. For repeat Level 3+ polers only.
First ride at Level 3? Invert Tech has your name on it.
for level 3 +
Every advanced dancer needs a strong foundation. In Level 5 Foundations, you’ll refine your technique with focused drills, smart progressions, and repetition that sets you up for safe, beautiful execution. Master the essentials now - so the big moves feel natural later.
LEVEL 4 REPEATERS +
Level 5 or 6 on repeat? This class drills into technique: static Vs from every entry, extended butterflies from Jamilla, shoulder mounts, and how to use your inside leg for seamless transitions. Expect focused reps and sharp form so you’re set up for success every time.
Heads up - this is not a foundations class. For Level 5 repeaters only who are almost ready for level 6, and level 6 wanting more tricks time!
LEVEL 5 REPEATERS +
For the advanced pole dancer ready to explore beyond the usual. This no-routine class focuses on high-level skills - deadlifts, Bird of Paradise, Eagles, Satellite, Janero, Hunter Press, Blenix, Pheonix and countless others. Let's not forget the handstands... Each session, you’ll get the space to refine and expand your repertoire.
LEVEL 6 +
Picture it: 2010, you’re sweaty, electric, and taking over the dance floor at your favorite club. That’s the vibe of Kiki, our signature class created by co-founder Mimi. You’ll fire up those gorgeous muscles with conditioning, then melt into stretches that build full body flexibility.
FOR ABSOLUTE BEGINNERS
Need something a little softer? Unravel is Kiki’s more chilled-out cousin. You’ll still work through conditioning and guided stretching, but at a slower pace with a focus on release and recovery. A class to sweat less and reset more.
