GROOVIO

HOW TO BOOK IN

We are changing booking systems! And we're incredibly excited to be a studio that offers Groovio - a purpose built bookings system for pole (the first of its kind).

  • DESKTOP Setup

    1. Go to the Groovio login page on your computer browser

    2. Click “Sign Up” (or “Create Account”)

    3. Fill in your details: name, email, phone, password, etc.

    4. Search for your studio: type “Duality Pole” 

    5. Connect to Duality Pole: click “Join / Connect”

    6. Set up your profile (optional)

  • iPhone Setup

    1. Head to the app store here and download 'Groovio'.

    2. Open the Groovio app on your phone after installation.

    3. Tap “Sign Up” or “Create Account”

    4. Enter your name, email address, phone number, and a password

    5. Accept terms & conditions / privacy policy

    6. Search for 'Duality Pole'

    7. This step links your app account to Duality so you see our classes - please note you will not be able to see/book classes until the timetable is available to book (6 October).

    8. Set up your profile (optional but helpful)

    9. Add your photo, birthday, emergency contact, etc. if asked

    10. Turn on push notifications so you get alerts for upcoming classes, changes, or studio updates

A reminder that you won't be able to see or book any classes (yet!). Because we're booking from October 6, you'll be able to see (and book into) classes from that date. Having your account set up will help to ensure you're able to book quickly come bookings day!
