At face value, Duality is a pole, floorwork and chair dance studio, but at its core, it reveals so much more. We believe there is a power in awakening your ‘Duality’, your second side as such, because all good relationships (especially the one with yourself) need the yin and the yang.

If you’re looking to shake up your routine from the morning walk and 5pm twisting of the wine bottle cap, you’ve met your knight in shining armour (or in this case, cute activewear and lingerie).
You’ll find chair and floorwork classes for first timers through to advanced dancers to prove that you can do more with your dusty dining room chair. Our famous full body workout class, Kiki, will have you sweating, stretching and snickering with laughter. Our quick 20 classes are easy to slot into your day and will have you sliding into splits and those gorgeous muscles on fire.
TRIAL CLASSES!
Any new activity, especially one that ​forces you to truly show up for yourself, is going to be a little (or a lot) intimidating at first. At Duality, we celebrate you. Your background, how you identify and your body are not limiting factors. They form who you are, and you are superb. We do not, and will not tolerate any behaviour which goes against our values, so know you'll always be in safe hands.​

We offer paid trial classes in week 1 and 2 of our season for you to try before you commit if you're feeling a little apprehensive!
