She found pole in 2021 after watching a documentary and thinking, is it really all that? Turns out yes, and then some. From baby heels to a class called Ass Magic (don’t ask, just trust), she fell in love with the laughter, the sweat, and the sparkly chaos of it all.
Her classes are equal parts challenge and comedy hour. You will sweat through the tricks, laugh at her bad jokes, and definitely shake your butt, whether it is in the choreography or not.
Avalon’s superpower is making you feel unstoppable in your own skin. She will hype your smallest wins, roast herself with a monotone singalong, and remind you to celebrate how incredible your body really is.
